Collaboration for the book «Knitting Our Roots»

Siempre que podemos y está a nuestro alcance nos encanta apoyar a diseñadores independientes para que desarrollen sus geniales diseños! Es muy grato ver cómo se crean diseños originales con nuestros diferentes hilados. Recientemente hemos colaborado para el desarrollo de algunos diseños que son parte de interesantes proyectos editoriales.

Whenever we can, we love to support independent designers to develop their great designs! It is very pleasant to see original designs created with our different yarns. We have recently collaborated to develop some designs that are part of interesting editorial projects.

Uno de ellos ya está a la venta, “Knitting Our Root”, un libro con seis diseños que se inspiran en los colores, las formas y los símbolos del arte indígena de América. En el podrás encontrar “una colección de accesorios tejidos, unisex, llena de color, especiales para usar en la primavera o en el otoño, con una interpretación moderna y actual. Es una invitación para que conectemos ambos hemisferios tejiendo nuestros diseños.” 

El proyecto se desarrolló bajo la dirección creativa y técnica de Susana Lobos, quien es, también, una de las diseñadoras que participan en el libro junto a Charles Voth y Luciana López.

One of them is already for sale, “Knitting Our Root”, a book with six designs that are inspired by the colors, shapes and symbols of the indigenous art of America. In this book you will find “a collection of knitted accessories, unisex, stylized, and full of color, special for use in spring or autumn, with a modern and current interpretation. It is an invitation for us to connect both hemispheres by knitting our designs.» The project was developed under the creative and technical direction of Susana Lobos, who is also one of the designers participating in the book together with Charles Voth and Luciana López.

Nuestro hilado Máxima, en los colores Leo y Teal, se luce en el diseño Kingfisher Hat and Cowl de Charles Voth.
